WHY I COACH

I know what it means
to start again—and
keep going.

I came to the United States as a dancer and choreographer. Over time, my passion for movement grew into strength training, coaching, and bodybuilding. I built Studio 409 through that evolution, and in 2026 I earned my IFBB Pro card in Figure at the NPC North American Championships.

That moment was built through years of early mornings, discipline, setbacks, and showing up when it would have been easier not to. It deepened my belief in what people can accomplish with the right plan and someone who truly believes in them.
