My name is Alexa Young

HEAD COACH / FOUNDER

Transitioning into group fitness classes allowed me to connect with a broader audience, and my pursuit of personal training certification equipped me with the tools to help individuals achieve their unique goals—whether it’s weight loss, muscle building, or simply becoming the best version of themselves. 

 

My work isn't just about physical transformation; it's about fostering a community where mutual support and inspiration thrive. Witnessing the dedication of our members as they show up every day is endlessly motivating. I am excited to continue guiding more individuals on their journey to strength, confidence, and happiness—both inside and out. Together, we can achieve remarkable results!

MEET TERI TILLOTSON

BARRE / MAT PILATES / STEP AEROBICS INTRUCTOR

We are incredibly fortunate to have Teri Tillotson as part of our STUDIO 409 family! With over 30 years of experience in barre, mat Pilates, and step aerobics and Weight Training; Teri brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our studio. Her infectious enthusiasm and expert guidance empower each of us to reach our potential and discover the strength within. Teri’s classes are not just about fitness; they are a celebration of movement and self-expression, fostering a supportive environment where everyone feels welcome and inspired to become the best version of themselves.
